About the position

This is a long-term part-time position. Our language specialists are professional translators and independent contractors who work remotely to oversee testing and quality assurance in their language pairs.

Responsibilities

Translator Testing: Review the test submissions from new translators
Quality Assurance: Perform translation quality reviews using our proprietary quality assurance mechanism and provide our translators with constructive feedback on a regular basis

Requirements

Native in the target language you are applying for
Professional translator with at least 4 years of experience
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly master new tools
Attentive to detail, able to follow instructions and change direction quickly, when needed
Responsive to emails - replying to requests within 24 hours at most
Fluent in English, in addition to working languages

Bonus skills

Experienced in translation assessing skills (QA) and providing written feedback to translators
Experienced in teaching
