About the position
As a leader in the on-demand services economy, Gengo is solving some of the most complex problems in crowdsourcing today.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst Intern to join our Translator Operations team to take on these problems and challenges, brainstorm genuinely new ideas not implemented in any other company, and ultimately help us to disrupt and replace the age-old traditional language services business model.
The ideal candidate for this job is a college student or recent college graduate who is looking for internship experience in a fast-paced, agile startup. By the end of your first week, you’ll be working with key performance indicators, diving into the trove of data we collect on our translations, and presenting proposals and ideas to improve everything about our company.
Applicants must currently be located in Tokyo, Japan.
