About the role

As part of our team, you will be driving growth in our online community of workers through entrepreneurship and innovation. You will be responsible for growing our crowd of workers and making data-driven decisions to continuously improve performance and retention. 

A strong candidate for this position must have a solid knowledge base of marketing, especially advertising on recruiting websites and social media marketing. You should feel comfortable getting creative and using “Kaizen” to try new things that may work or not work. You should work well individually and on a team, work well with remote colleagues,be metric-driven, extremely detail-oriented, and have strong problem solving skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • Building and growing a network of Japanese crowd workers
  • Post positions to appropriate Internet recruiting websites and other channels

- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment

  • Improves the company’s online profile (Facebook/Instagram/Twitter/LinkedIn/etc.) to assist in recruiting
  • Develops and maintains a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Identifies and recommends most suitable crowd resources with matching expertise to project/task requirements
  • Utilizes online systems, tracking databases, and scheduling criteria to maximize resource efficiency, team member engagement and company profitability
  • Builds networks to find qualified passive candidates
  • Researches and recommends new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting

 

Qualifications/Skills

  • Online marketing and/or recruiting with in-depth knowledge of different sourcing methods
  • Fluent in Japanese with business level English
  • Strong cross-cultural communication skills; natural, persuasive and engaging communicator with internal and external organizational members
  • Genuine interest in diverse languages and cultures
  • Highly organized, manages stress and is able to handle tight deadlines
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Strong focus on cherishing and building up Lionbridge’s employer image
  • Strong creative thinking and puzzle solving skills
  • Able to adapt the workflow to the new requirements
