Responsibilities

  • Contributes to the health of Lionbridge’s active customer base

  • Engage in growing and nurturing repeat business for Lionbridge’s customer base

  • Be a key player for the Lionbridge Sales Team, managing a select list of Lionbridge Accounts

  • Provide business, technical and product knowledge to develop and execute effective success plans to drive customer repeat business

  • Conduct large volume outbound calls to customers and prospects  to gather information and initiate the first step in identifying those interested parties and other projects to help in the growth of their assigned “Book of Business”

  • Proactively engage with dormant, quiet and churned accounts to engage conversation and opportunities.

  • Invoicing and administration of assigned customer base

  • Contract Negotiations and Renewal

  • Be able to maintain and proactively grow revenue assigned revenue quotas

 

Required Competencies

  • Previous Experience -  At least 2 years or more of extensive Customer Success Manager/Account Manager experience with an excellent recommendation from the previous employer
  • Experience in hunter sales, focus on growing a book of business
  • Experience in outbound calling and revenue-based quota
  • Language Skills - Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • International Attitude - must be able to communicate and adapt to various nationalities and business culture.
  • Able to interact with fortune 500 companies professionally.
  • Attention to Detail
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is an advantage
  • Extensive experience in contract renewal and negotiations is an advantage

 

This position is part of the Sales team in Manila office. Work schedule is from 9AM to 5PM.

We pay competitive market rates. Expected range for this position is between PHP 30,000 and PHP 60,000 depending on experience level. All great candidates will be considered regardless of compensation requirements.
